At Kalmar, my day-to-day work involves supporting our leaders and managers in finding the right people for the right roles. Our aim is to make material handling more sustainable, and it is our people and what they bring with them to the company that makes this possible. Being part of this larger mission gives my role a strong sense of purpose; it’s about contributing to something that genuinely matters.

We’re continuously evolving, including advancing digitalisation and AI across the organisation, including HR. Working in a tech-driven environment keeps me learning in practical, hands-on ways.

The work can be fast-paced and engaging, but there’s also a strong culture of trust and balance. Flexibility and respect for personal life are part of how we operate. What truly stands out is the team spirit. Just as important is the culture. I’m surrounded by supportive colleagues and leaders who empower people to grow.
