Seeing our ideas become real improvements is what drives me.

I joined Kalmar in 2018 to work in R&D, driven by curiosity and a passion for problem-solving. Over the years, I’ve worked with both heavy cranes and straddle carriers, gaining a broad view of how our products evolve.

What I enjoy most is the mix of collaboration, hands-on testing and continuous learning. One day I’m in the simulator, another in the test yard, always working to improve what we build.

The chance to develop the industry makes the work meaningful

Being involved in developing the next generation of machines, especially more sustainable solutions, makes the work meaningful. We’re not just refining equipment; we’re helping transform the industry.

After more than seven years, I’m still motivated by the chance to learn, to innovate and to help shape what comes next. That’s what driving change means to me.
